My name is Rongrong Zhang(张蓉蓉) and I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student at the Department of Statistics in Purdue University. I obtained a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Lanzhou University in July 2010, and a M.S. degree in Mathematics from Peking University in July 2013.
My research interests include bioinformatics, data mining, machine learning, data analytics. I am currently working on one project applying Convolutional Neural Network in statistical models. I am a highly motivated researcher and have strong experience in statistical research, data analytics, statistical consulting, data mining and machine learning and have a solid background in mathematics.
